APPOINTMENTS
Office Visits are scheduled by appointments only. We require a $50 non-refundable consultation fee for all new patients.The $50 will go towards the cost of your treatment.Consultations and treatments can be started the same day. Clients who are late may be asked to reschedule at the owner's discretion. Please be respectful of other clients time. Do not bring children or extra people to your appointments.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance you may call and/or text owner. You are able to only reschedule once if you are needing to reschedule more than once you are required to pay another deposit. Deposits are only good for 30 days.You must reschedule within 24 hours and schedule to come in within 30 days or your deposit will be forfeited. If you can not make your rescheduled date you will have to pay another deposit for a new appointment. If you cancel twice or no show once, you are no longer allowed to schedule any service with Body Goals Studio.
Late Cancellations (less than 24hr notice) will have to pay a $50 cancellation/rebooking fee to be placed back on the schedule to come in. This also includes anyone who has purchased a package. Remaining appointments CAN NOT be traded for missed appointment. You can reschedule your missed appointment after fee is paid. Please be respectful of the owner and other clients needing services time.The rebooking fee will need to be paid PRIOR to coming in for your next scheduled appointment in order to be seen again. REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. If you purchase sessions (lymphatic massage, cavitation, etc) there are no refunds on remaining/unused sessions. You must complete all sessions 6 weeks from start date, unless on a specific treatment schedule per owner recommendation. Packages have to be completed on a consistent schedule to achieve good results. They can not be drawn-out on for weeks and months.
PREPARING FOR PROCEDURE
Prior to starting any nonsurgical lipo or skin tightening procedure, it is imperative that you drink 2-3 liters of water 72 hours prior to your appointment. Hydration is key to this process being effective. On the day of treatment drink 3 8oz glasses of water 1 hour prior to appointment.
We do not offer the detox sauna while on your menstrual cycle. Please call and reschedule if this is the case(see cancellation policy). Also, please bring a change of under garments, socks and a large towel when booking the Detox Sauna.
To get the best out of your session we recommend you restrict products that impact your lymphatic flow i.e caffeine, alcohol.
POST PROCEDURE
After any cavitation(lipo), skin tightening and detox sauna procedure it is important that you continuously drink water at least 2-3 liters a day to flush the fat out your lymphatic system. It is also important to maintain a healthy diet and exercise to receive the full benefits and maintain the inches you have lost after the procedure. All sessions will need to be completed within 6 weeks of starting first session. Any remaining sessions will be forfeited. The packages are designed to give you the best results possible. Adhering to your treatment schedule is imperative.
